Ovulation Cycle Tracking
What is a Ovulation Cycle Tracking?
Ovulation occurs when an adult egg escapes from the ovary. It is released into the fallopian tube and is then released into the fallopian tube for fertilisation.
The first day is considered the day of the menstrual cycle, and the day after is the day that the next period starts.
Ovulation takes place approximately two weeks before the period that is due to follow. Therefore, if your typical menstrual cycle lasts for 28 days, you'll ovulate on day 14. The most fertile times are 13, 14, and 15. The frequency will differ based on the length of the cycle of the woman.
If you want to have an unnatural conception, doctors will recommend getting married on the days that are the most fertile.
In the case of monitored cycles, ovulation is monitored by regular sonography, where along with follicle development along with, the thickness of the endometrium and the condition of the uterus are also assessed.
